All interactions with the EAP are voluntary and strictly confidential. Your well-being is of utmost importance, and our commitment to privacy ensures a safe space for open and honest discussions. If, during your counseling sessions, you and your counselor determine that additional assistance is required, rest assured that you’ll be seamlessly referred to the most appropriate and affordable resources available. While you may be responsible for the cost of referrals, it’s essential to note that these costs are often covered under your Medical plan.
EAP Services Include:
- Unlimited free phone access 24/7.
- In-person help for short-term issues; up to 3 sessions per incident per family member per 6 months and 10 sessions for substance/alcohol issues. Unlimited web access 24/7 to helpful articles, resources, and self-assessment tools.
